February begins with a romantic multi-day Valentine’s celebration featuring special menus, live music, and a cozy atmosphere, followed by a high-energy Rio Carnival filled with samba, vibrant performances, and Latin American rhythms.

Valentine’s at Manifesto is more than just a dinner – it’s a weekend filled with special experiences and a warm, inviting atmosphere, perfect whether you’re celebrating with a significant other, friends, or simply treating yourself.

February 14th–16th – Reserve your table and start the evening with a welcome glass of prosecco, followed by a special Valentine’s menu and a carefully crafted cocktail from SOOT bar. This Valentine’s special is a gin-based delight, infused with hibiscus and honey cordial, brightened by refreshing bergamot notes, and finished with a silky-smooth egg white foam. Light, aromatic, and beautifully balanced, this drink will set the perfect tone for your Valentine’s celebration.

Available all week from February 10th to 16th at SOOT bar, crafted exclusively for this occasion. Valentine’s Program:

Friday 14th tunes by DJ Joshua from 6:30 PM.

Saturday 15th enjoy a performance by FabSounds Beatles band from 6:30 PM. Sunday 16th live music by Grabiele Felici from 4:00 PM.

• Barva: Heart-shaped Syrnyky pancakes and Cherry Varenyky dumplings
• Gohan: Mochi ice cream with fruit
• NAPOKE: Onigiri paired with a glass of prosecco
• Favela: Brigadeiros (chocolate truffles) and BBQ Mix for Two
• Holy Pasta: Menu for Two – Caprese salad, pasta, and heart-shaped panna cotta pancakes
• Yaya’s: Souvlaki mix or seafood plate with a glass of wine and dessert
