Wilsons to move to The Flow Building later this year
Wilsons, an independent law firm, have signed a lease agreement for 800 sqm of office space in The Flow Building. Situated on Wenceslas Square and developed by Flow East, The Flow Building is one of Prague’s most impressive examples of modern architecture and sustainable building practices. With demand sky high for space in this state-of-the-art structure, Wilsons will to move in to their new premises in Q3 2021.
Wilsons’ new offices will be on the fourth floor of the building. Fit-outs are now taking place to personalise the space, providing a fitting new home for the company’s entire Czech team. Employees will benefit from a spacious reception area and access to The Flow Building common areas, including the Flow Zone lounge and the building’s stunning rooftop terrace.
Wilsons provide legal services in real estate, banking and finance, corporate law, dispute resolution, and other business areas. With offices in Prague and Bratislava, the company employs over 35 lawyers from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and abroad. Wilsons have represented Flow East in all lease negotiations for The Flow Building.
